The Advisory Committee is not intended to be a voting body. The committee will operate by consensus and provide comments to the consultant team and on-going input to, and providefeed back from, the groups and constituencies they represent. Please review the By-Laws and Rules of Procedure for information on the group’s primary function and groundrules. The overall update is expected to take at least two years and will involve multiple meetings and public hearings. Currently, it is anticipated that there will be nine (9) regular General Plan Advisory Committee meetings throughout the process.
