The Advisory Committee is not intended to be a voting body. The committee will operate by consensus and provide comments to the consultant team and on-going input to, and providefeed back from, the groups and constituencies they represent.  Please review the By-Laws and Rules of Procedure for information on the group’s primary function and groundrules.
